Organizing a successful hospitality suite for the D/7 Conference entails planning, organization and work by the Conference Planning Committee. This is not a formal appointed committee - it is open to all squadron members. Watch for the announcement in the squadron newsletter that the committee will be meeting and just show up. We really appreciate new faces on the committee with new ideas. And as you can see in the following photos, it's a great amount of fun.
