             All dinners include a salad, rolls, coffee or tea
Dessert, delicious red velvet cake with buttercream icing

  • Chicken Marsala  $27  Scallops of chicken breast seasoned, dredged and sautéed to golden brown and deglazed with marsala wine and veal demi-glace with shallots and mushrooms, served with roasted new potatoes and asparagus. 
  • Roast Beef Tenderloin  $47  Twin sliced medallions of whole roast tenderloin cooked medium rare.  Served with white truffle demi-glace, new potatoes, and asparagus.
  • Beef Stroganoff with house-made Spaetzle  $25  Beef tenderloin tips braised with red wine, veal demi-glace finished with champignons and sour cream, served with house made Spaetzle, new potatoes and asparagus.
  • Caprese Red Snapper  $41  Pan Seared red snapper topped with fresh mozzarella, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic drizzle, served with new potatoes, and asparagus.
  • Vegetarian? Ask Lt Rick Taylor C about vegetarian options.
